Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any charges. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund. To cancel, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the package upon delivery, and it will be returned to us. After we receive the returned package, we will process a refund, deducting shipping and handling charges.
Our refund policy is designed to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Here are the conditions under which a refund may be issued:
Products must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team for a return authorization.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after an evaluation.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned products. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
Some items may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These include custom-made or special order products, which are final sale unless defective.
